Senior Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- 5+ years defending insurance clients in court, litigating coverage issues, and defending carriers
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
- An active member of the Washington Bar
