The Miami office of Clyde & Co seeks an Attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience for our insurance coverage practice group. This practice represents US and foreign insurance companies in complex litigation involving coverage and market conduct matters.
Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
- Provide coverage recommendations to clients.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Nexis.
- Draft interrogatories and document demands.
- Review documents in preparation for litigation.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice in Florida.
- 5-7 years of litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials (e.g., Law Review and/or Honors).
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
