JOB SUMMARY
Your role as a Senior Associate will harness your passion for innovative technology to partner with our clients in supporting strategic planning and roadmaps. You will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives and key projects while creating and delivering programs and plans to help maximize adoption. This involves leveraging Trace3’s deep expertise in technology platforms and solutions, the people side of change, and the impacts to business processes to deliver cohesive system designs and appropriate data architecture. You will understand our clients’ business‑centric issues and design solutions that achieve the desired outcomes in a team of seasoned problem solvers.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Own and lead a project/workstream including status, timelines, communication, resource coordination and planning.
- Continuously collect, gather and analyze project dimensions to identify risk, issues and improvement opportunities and present details through compelling presentations.
- Monitor and communicate project status, issues and risks to internal teams and the client.
- Provide customer service support for project resources and management team.
- Assist in developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
- Proactively assist in managing several clients, reporting to Managers and above.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
- Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen.
- Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new or existing clients.
- Develop internal relationships and strengthen the Trace3 brand.
- Travel up to 50% to various client sites.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional work experience, preferably at a technology or consulting company.
- Strong client service skills.
- Strong understanding of Information Technologies and how a services organization works.
- Ability to listen, build rapport, and demonstrate credibility as a strategic partner across business units and teams.
- Experience in program management, change management and continuous improvement.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proactive and consultative approach to support customer requests.
- Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong ability to operate independently.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) with intermediate Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with in‑depth operational knowledge and passion for the consulting industry.
- Experience in an Agile environment required.
- Team‑oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work additional hours and travel as needed.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
$115,000 - $140,000 USD
