Roles & Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters, divorce proceedings, and related civil litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice, negotiate resolutions, and advocate for client interests.
- Maintain strong client communication and build professional relationships with courts and legal communities.
- Manage case workload effectively while meeting billable hour expectations and quality standards.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the applicable state bar.
- 3+ years of experience in legal services, family law, and/or civil litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
