Senior Associate Attorney – Complex Civil Litigation (Miami, FL) Do you want to continue building your litigation career? Our attorneys handle cases from initial investigation through resolution and trial, giving you the opportunity to develop the skills and judgment necessary to become a successful litigator.

You'll work alongside attorneys who have successfully handled complex litigation and trials while receiving meaningful guidance along the way. We are seeking an attorney with 5–7+ years of litigation experience to join our Miami office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle substantive litigation matters and take increasing responsibility for your cases, including: Case evaluation and analysis Drafting and responding to discovery Developing and implementing strategies to resolve claims for our clients

Experience : 5–7+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving premises liability, motor vehicle, products liability, construction, professional liability, insurance coverage, general liability, or other complex civil defense matters. Skills : Strong legal research, writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to develop and implement efficient strategies to resolve claims. A self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong organizational and project-management skills, and a desire to continue developing as a litigator.
