Hourly rate ranges from $20.94 - $21.19 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
Physical Demands and Minimum Age
Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Minimum age requirement: 18.
Qualifications
- Prior retail and or management experience is required.
