The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for Prince William County, Cities of Manassas & Manassas Park is looking for Senior Assistant Commonwealth's Attorneys.About the Role:Our office values community involvement, work-life balance, and professional development. As an experienced prosecutor you will be assigned to one of five units: violent crimes, special investigations, domestic violence, juvenile offenders, or special victims.
The position reports directly to their unit's deputy commonwealth's attorney. Duties will include overseeing daily dockets that are not otherwise assigned, handling a full caseload at all levels of court, and responding to calls and questions from citizens, law enforcement, and defense counsel.Preferences:Position requires a juris doctorate degree and five or more years of related experience.
