Senior Applied Scientist — AI for Customer Experience

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a data-driven scientist to design, develop, and deploy statistical models and ML pipelines that power AI-driven customer experiences at scale.

You will work directly with customers during production pilots to design, build, and deploy AI solutions with measurable business value. You will also run A/B experiments, build ROI tools, forecast demand, apply NLP and generative AI techniques, and collaborate with engineers to productionize models with reliability
