We're partnering with a well-funded, high-growth technology start up that's redefining a large, legacy industry through AI and modern software. Following significant recent growth and new investment, the team is expanding its product organization and looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the next phase of the business.
This is a highly visible role with significant ownership. You'll work across engineering, design, sales, and leadership to bring new products and features to market while influencing the overall direction of the business. The ideal candidate enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of complex problems, and building products that have measurable customer and business impact.
This is a full time, permanent position onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, GTM, and executive leadership to define priorities and execute against company objectives.
- Translate customer feedback and market opportunities into product strategy and actionable roadmaps.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Make data-informed decisions while balancing technical constraints and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate solutions and gather feedback.
- Help shape product processes as the company continues to scale.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a software or technology environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work closely alongside engineering teams.
- Experience shipping customer-facing products from concept through launch.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias toward action.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Technical or engineering background.
- Experience working at early-stage or venture-backed startups.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, SaaS, IoT, enterprise software, or other technically complex products.
