The Senior Accountant will support the company’s accounting operations, driving alignment and efficiency within the accounting organization. This role encompasses the monthly close cycle, financial reporting, cost/project accounting, internal controls, and process improvements, utilizing ERP and other reporting software. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Progressive experience working in public accounting firm or industrial services company.
- CPA license or eligibility highly desired.
- Strong knowledge and experience in cost accounting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on improving performance, services, and outcomes.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market competitors.
- Flexibility to take on responsibilities beyond the defined scope, as needed.
