Base pay range
$105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We are working with a global organization in Miami seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role offers excellent exposure and the opportunity to grow within an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close and financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Support consolidations and intercompany accounting.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on accounting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress a plus).
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in a multinational or global organization preferred.
- Technical accounting experience is a strong plus.
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
