Senior Accountant Responsibilities
As the Senior Accountant, you will:
- Own key portions of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support revenue recognition and deferred revenue accounting
- Review employee expense reports and oversee accounts payable activities
- Assist with customer billing and invoicing
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Partner with finance and operational leaders on special projects
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
- NetSuite experience preferred
- SaaS or software industry experience is a plus—not required
