Position Overview:

The Controller and Assistant Controller are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to take ownership of general ledger functions and lead the monthly close process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is excited to bring fresh ideas to improve systems, processes, and reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Oversee month-end close processes and preparation of financial reporting packages
• Participate in the consolidation of multiple entities across regions
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal controls
• Support cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive automation and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of relevant general ledger accounting experience
• Public accounting background is a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a dynamic environment
