Key Responsibilities

• Process month-end close entries, manage cash activity, and review operational performance.
• Publish financial reporting packages, including P&L analysis and quarterly Budget vs. Actual reports.
• Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations for holding companies.
• Support setup of new projects, tenant lease schedules, and delinquency reporting.
• Develop and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and GAAP compliance.
• Manage cash flow processes and oversee bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate, development, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate-specific financial reporting.
