Lead Second Line of Defense oversight for information security risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate risk frameworks.
Assess, test, and monitor cybersecurity, data protection, physical security, and operational controls.
Identify, measure, and report risk exposures to local and corporate management, driving remediation actions.
Oversee Incident Response, Business Continuity, GLBA, and Identity Theft Prevention programs.
Develop and execute the annual security plan while coordinating with Head Office on security initiatives.
Provide leadership to the team through coaching, performance management, and enforcement of policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems a plus.
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in banking, security, information technology, cyber security, audit, and operational risk is required.
Skills in: MS Office, Google Suite, in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Operational Risk landscape.
