Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence at assigned venues, events, or client locations
- Monitor surroundings to identify and respond to potential safety risks or disturbances
- Enforce venue rules, access control, and safety procedures respectfully and professionally
- De‑escalate situations using communication and judgment before physical intervention
- Assist with entry management, crowd flow, and perimeter security when required
- Provide basic incident reporting and communicate clearly with supervisors or team leads
- Represent BlueTac Security with professionalism, discretion, and accountability
Qualifications
- Valid security license (or actively in process, depending on assignment/location)
- Prior experience in security, executive protection, military, law enforcement, or related fields preferred
- Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills
- Professional appearance, posture, and communication
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high‑pressure environments
- Reliable availability and punctuality
- Willingness to follow protocols, standards, and leadership direction
