What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor access materials, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Complete required reports, logs, and shift handoff communications, and support compliance with applicable site protocols for controlled areas and restricted materials.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
