KS Services seeks licensed Security Officers to monitor assigned premises and protect staff, visitors, and tenants. Full-time and part-time positions are available in Miami, FL.
Essential Duties
Observe and monitor property to detect theft, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity in accordance with gatehouse policies
Control the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to protocol
Conduct identification checks on all staff, contractors, and visitors
Patrol premises and scan checkpoints during rover assignments
Monitor security systems and report suspicious activity
Prepare incident reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Active State of Florida Class D Security License
Minimum one year of security experience in a hospitality, residential, or commercial setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Advanced verbal and written communication skills; good computer skills
Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, and operate a motor vehicle for short, long, or sporadic periods
Use stairs throughout the shift as needed
Compensation
Hourly, non-exempt: $17.50-$20.00 per hour (varies by post)
Reports to the Operations Manager
