During our busy season, we bring on extra field support to help our crews respond quickly and effectively to customer needs.Position OverviewThe Seasonal Technician Assistant will work alongside experienced restoration technicians to support cleanup, mitigation, and job site preparation. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the restoration industry while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist lead and senior technicians with job setup, equipment placement, and cleanupHelp load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and suppliesRemove debris, damaged materials, and trash from job sitesOperate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment under supervisionPerform light demolition and site preparation as directedAssist in maintaining a clean and organized company vehicle and warehouseFollow all safety procedures and wear proper protective gearSupport team members in completing job documentation when neededQualificationsNo prior experience required – on-the-job training providedStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periodsComfortable working in confined spaces, including attics and crawlspacesReliable transportation to and from the office or job sitesPositive attitude and ability to work well with othersWillingness to work in varying conditions, including water-damaged, fire-damaged, and mold-affected environmentsAvailability for off-hours work on a regular scheduled rotationPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy itemsIndoor and outdoor work, sometimes in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, and in adverse conditionsPPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided and required on job sitesSchedule & TermSeasonal position during high-volume months (dates to be confirmed)Monday–Friday schedule, with potential overtime, weekend work, and off-hours emergency response on a scheduled rotationCompensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour"We Build Careers" - Steve White, President and COOWith over 500 locations across North America and Canada, PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services, by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.
