The Seasonal Emergency Department RN provides professional nursing care as a leader of the health care team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are adaptable and committed to delivering quality patient care.

What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
- Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Understand and elevate issues within the team's scope of practice.
- Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations.
- Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
- Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
- Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
- Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
Requirements
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Experience:
- Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current RN License in California
