In this role, you'll be a key part of our order fulfillment operation — helping ensure every customer order is processed accurately, shipped on time, and backed by excellent service from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both hands-on order processing and direct customer interaction.What You'll DoProvide friendly, responsive customer service via phone and emailProcess Ecom orders accurately and efficiently through our fulfillment systemPerform quality assurance (QA) checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy before shipmentAnswer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries, questions, and concernsRespond to customer emails in a timely and professional mannerCommunicate regularly with leadership on order status, issues, and daily fulfillment progressCollaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlinesFlag and escalate order or product issues as neededRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracyBasic computer proficiency (email, order management systems, spreadsheets)Ability to multitask across phone, email, and order processing dutiesTeam player with a positive, customer-first attitudePrior customer service or fulfillment/warehouse experience a plus, but not requiredSchedule & DetailsSeasonal position — October 1-December 31Shift- Sunday-Saturday availability (start and stop times will vary)Pay Range- Based on experienceHow to ApplyApply at Corkysbbq.com
