Technically Strong Scrum Master OpportunityWe're seeking a technically strong Scrum Master to support a software engineering organization delivering modern digital products and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands Agile delivery but can also engage meaningfully in engineering discussions involving architecture, technical dependencies, release planning, APIs, CI/CD, and software quality.You'll serve as a servant leader who removes delivery obstacles, strengthens Agile execution, and enables engineering teams to operate efficiently at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesCoach engineering teams on Agile principles and delivery best practicesPartner with engineering leaders to understand architecture decisions and technical dependenciesDrive visibility into sprint progress, delivery risk, velocity, and team health metricsRemove blockers and protect teams from scope disruption and delivery interruptionsSupport backlog refinement and ensure stories meet readiness standardsPromote continuous improvement initiatives across process, automation, and qualityCoordinate communication across engineering, product, and business stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience7+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting software engineering teamsStrong understanding of SDLC and modern engineering practicesExperience supporting CI/CD environments and release processesKnowledge of APIs, cloud architecture, and microservices environmentsExcellent facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skillsExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and collaboration platformsPreferred QualificationsCSM, PSM, or SAFe certificationPrior hands-on background in software engineering, QA automation, or systems engineeringHealthcare, commercial technology, or supply chain domain experienceExperience mentoring teams and driving Agile maturity initiatives
