Service Scheduling CoordinatorThe Service Scheduling Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities involved with managing the growing demands of TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support Analysts. They will be responsible for ensuring that each department supports Zoox's highest priorities and supports the immediate needs of our fleet vehicles.Roles and Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day schedules of our growing fleet servicesPlan and execute effective processes associated with supporting numerous resourcesCoordinate future planning and operations for Zoox's demandsArticulate data into visuals for department-wide reviewSkills/Experience:Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines with strong follow-throughExperience forecasting and planningSkilled in managing projects and cross-functional teams with a broad range of engineering and technical disciplinesDetail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skillsMaintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing and following up with action items as necessaryEnsuring all stakeholders (Internal and External) are engaged and alignedAnticipate, plan, and coordinate internal logistics/needs across projects and facilitiesTrack resourcing to help optimize asset utilizationEmploy a can-do attitude, taking on any task required to support the team and get things doneQualifications:Entry-level position (0-3 years of experience)Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or production planning and scheduling, preferably in mobility or manufacturingAbility to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationshipsExcellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks a bonusAbility to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals and demanding work environmentHave an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problemsIndependent thinker capable of operating within ambiguously defined structures with an ability for delivering tangible resultsAbility to perform in a fast pace high-stress environmentWillingness to get your hands dirty to understand the projects you are supporting
