Lead SchedulerJoin our team as the Lead Scheduler at Pillar To Post - The Walsh Team, where you will play a vital role in coordinating home inspections and supporting our clients with excellent service. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with overtime and bonus opportunities. Initially, you will train in the office in Lakewood, CO, with the option to transition to fully remote work (must live in the Denver metro area).
Your primary responsibility will be scheduling home inspections, managing the inspection calendar, responding to incoming emails, and answering calls promptly and professionally to ensure smooth communication between clients, real estate agents, staff and vendors.
