Work with client staff and end-users to determine the business and functional requirements for the system within an ERP solutionCreate detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentationsLeverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablementConfigure the SAP system to meet the business requirementsProvide leadership and guidance to other analysts and client personnel assigned to the projectsCollaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposalsDemonstrates knowledge on leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectivesDemonstrates ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirementsUnderstanding of business values of transformation programs/objectivesDemonstrated experience in managing transformational initiativesExcellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationshipsAt least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)A minimum of eight (8) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experienceAt least three (3) years’ experience in proposal and business case developmentAbility to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANABest practice understanding on how to develop detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management teamParticipate in business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomesAbility to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client
