This senior leadership role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex, large-scale transformation engagements for clients, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. This role oversees multiple transformational projects, including ERP implementations and business process improvements, while coordinating timelines, resources, and capacity planning. The Program Director manages program-level status, metrics, risks, and deliverables, leveraging broad business and technical expertise.
The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to influence at the C-suite level. Additionally, the Program Director is accountable for driving business development, developing proposals, producing thought leadership, and representing at industry events, reinforcing the company’s position as a trusted transformation partner.Roles & ResponsibilitiesExperience leading large global business transformation program delivery, with an expert understanding of the business values of transformation programs/objectives.Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirementsExperience leading sales opportunitiesPrevious hands-on experience leading a specific functional streamAbility to work with C-levels as well as be hands-on as requiredExcellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationshipsAt least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experienceAt least six (6) years’ experience in proposal and business case developmentAbility to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management teamDemonstrated experience in proposal development, project estimation, planning, and managing teams of 20+ resources.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; ability to work without visa sponsorship and willingness to travel up to 100%.
