The SAP PP Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions across end-to-end business processes. This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP PP, the ability to analyze complex business requirements, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The consultant will drive system enhancements, resolve high-priority issues, support full-cycle implementations, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and provide system solutions
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
- Conduct workshops to gather and finalize business requirements
- Map client business processes, objectives, and requirements with SAP PP functionality
- Design, customize, configure, and test SAP PP modules
- Identify system gaps, issues, and propose workaround solutions
- Handle changes or emergency transports for critical issues
- Document functional designs, test cases, and test results
- Proactively propose enhancements to business processes or system functionality
- Provide consulting support for new implementations and ongoing support projects
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support full cycle implementations and post-go-live activities
- Design and configure PP modules with strong understanding of integration points
- Collaborate with other SAP modules, especially MM and QM
- Manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously
Required Skills
- 12+ years of SAP PP experience
- Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration, design, and end-to-end implementation
- In-depth knowledge of PP master data, MRP, process orders, production execution
- Experience with integration across SAP MM and QM modules
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience with full cycle SAP implementations and support projects

Education
