SIPOCs, KPIs/metrics and Process Maps, Supply Chain implementation roadmapHelp develop/refine Key Performance Indicators, metrics and criteria to measure and assess Supply Chain/PLM operational performanceAnalyze end-to-end Commercial Supply Chain Operations to defining issues with planning/Lot executionDevelop future process for managing Lot-level jurisdiction control and traceability across the Supply Chain
