SAP MDG Technical ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP S/4HANA, and ABAP Development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-wide Master Data Governance solutions across Material, Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, and Finance domains.The candidate should possess hands-on expertise in SAP MDG technical development, workflow configuration, BRF+, Data Replication Framework (DRF), SAP Fiori, integrations, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.Required Skills10+ years of overall SAP implementation and development experience.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG Technical Development experience.Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.Extensive experience developing solutions in: SAP MDG-M (Material Master)SAP MDG-BP (Business Partner)SAP MDG-S (Supplier/Vendor)SAP MDG-C (Customer)SAP MDG-F (Finance)Strong expertise in ABAP OO (Object-Oriented ABAP) development.Hands-on experience with: BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus)Workflow ConfigurationData Replication Framework (DRF)BAdIs and EnhancementsFloorplan Manager (FPM)SAP FioriCDS ViewsOData ServicesIDOCsBAPIsRFCsExperience integrating SAP MDG with SAP and non-SAP applications.Strong understanding of Master Data Governance principles, data quality, and governance frameworks.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP MDG Development & ConfigurationDesign, develop, and enhance SAP MDG solutions for Material, Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, and Finance master data.Configure MDG Data Models, Entity Types, Attributes, UI Components, and Change Request workflows.Develop validation, derivation, and business rules using BRF+.Configure governance workflows and approval processes.Implement and support Data Replication Framework (DRF) and master data synchronization.Technical DevelopmentDevelop custom solutions using ABAP OO.Create and enhance BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, CDS Views, OData Services, and custom APIs.Build and enhance SAP Fiori applications and MDG user interfaces.Develop interfaces using IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, SOAP/REST APIs, SAP CPI, and SAP Integration Suite.Data Governance & QualityImplement enterprise master data governance standards and controls.Develop duplicate detection, validation, standardization, and data enrichment solutions.Support data quality initiatives and data stewardship processes.Ensure compliance with enterprise governance policies and best practices.SAP S/4HANA Migration & TransformationSupport ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.Participate in data migration, cleansing, conversion, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.Conduct fit-gap analysis and support solution design workshops.Project Delivery & SupportPrepare technical design documents and functional specifications.Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Company Benefits & CultureStrong communication and analytical skills.Ability to collaborate with operations, technical teams, and stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
