SAP Lead

Role Name: SAP SAP Demand-To-Supply Lead

Work Site: Seattle, WA – Hybrid

Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively, potentially up to 100%

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP DTS (Demand to Supply) Lead to guide business teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions across the Demand-to-Supply business process.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Production Scheduling, Production Execution/Orchestration, and Quality Management (QM) , along with experience leading SAP design workshops and business process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SAP DTS Functional Leadership

• Provide guidance to business teams on the effective use of SAP.
• Analyze and evaluate existing Demand-to-Supply (DTS) business processes.
• Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and SAP solutions.
• Design future-state business processes using SAP global templates and industry best practices.

SAP S/4HANA Design & Configuration

• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA DTS components, including:
• Production Planning (PP)
• Production Scheduling
• Production Orchestration & Execution
• Quality Management (QM)
• Support configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Understand integration points between DTS and other SAP modules.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA DTS / Demand-to-Supply processes .
• Hands‑on experience with:
• SAP Production Planning (PP)
• Production Scheduling
• Production Execution/Orchestration
• SAP Quality Management (QM)
• Experience with SAP business process analysis and redesign.
• Experience leading SAP blueprint/design workshops .
• Strong SAP configuration and implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration and cross-functional processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong client‑facing consulting experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
