Its business is built on a strong heritage of integrity and innovation dating back to 1895.What Drives SuccessThe IBP Process Architect will be responsible for championing best-in-class IBP process design and partnering with IT to implement updated processes. Success in this role will require two foundational skillsets:Someone with demonstrated process and change management expertise. You have transformed S&OP processes successfully and are seeking to build a best-in-class process from scratch.Someone with deep familiarity with SAP's IBP planning toolset and intuition about how to use it to maximize value for the organization.This person will also be responsible for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The candidate will serve as the primary bridge between business functions and technical teams, designing best-in-class SIOP processes and translating them into best-in-class IBP solutions – the candidate will need to collaborate cross functionally! The results that this leader will be expected to deliver are improved forecast accuracy and bias, increased inventory turns, and greater factory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Transformation & Leadership:Lead the design and adoption of best-in-class IBP processes using SAP IBP, including Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Management, and Supply PlanningDesign solutions that support made-to-stock, made-to-order, and engineer-to-order manufacturing models.Partner closely with the teams who manage deployment executionDesign planning areas, key figures, master data types, and time profilesChampion for continuous improvement, identifying functional and process-related opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the entire supply chainDevelop an integrated top-down and bottom-up demand planning model aligned with business strategyTranslate business requirements into scalable models using statistical and AI/ML techniquesKPI & Metrics OwnershipDrive measurable improvements in:Forecast AccuracyForecast BiasInventory Turns/Days of SupplyWorking Capital OptimizationLead projects that demonstrate tangible KPI improvementsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performancePlaybook & Process DevelopmentCreate and implement demand planning playbooks and SOPsStandardize processes across business units to ensure consistency and scalabilityLead workshops and training sessions by preparing all required content to embed best practicesStakeholder Collaboration & Communication:Partner with stakeholders across IT, senior leadership, and SIOP cross-functional teams (e.g., Demand Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Optimization, etc.)Partner with IT leaders on the planning and execution of technical solutions within IBP and other vendor tools, including blueprinting, driving change, testing, and go-live activitiesConduct regular syn meetings with key stakeholders to provide status updates, align priorities, and ensure transparency throughout project executionEffectively communicate complex technical concepts and present proposed solutions to generate organizational alignmentTechnical & Functional Expertise:Deep understanding of statistical forecasting methods and algorithmsAble to analyze complex datasets, identify trends and inefficiencies, and translate insights into actionable strategiesRobust subject matter expertise for all IBP modules and SIOP processesHands-on experience in integration with external data sourcesWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsAt least five (5) years of SAP IBP software experience with participation in all phases of at least three (3) SAP Supply Chain/IBP implementations/SIOP process focus, with a minimum of two (2) in a lead roleAt least eight (8) years of relevant S&OP process transformation experience , with a focus on SAP IBP /APO / ePPDS / AATP in a professional services environmentExpert in S4 HANA, SAP IBPAPICS, CPIM or CSCP certificationExcellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior management and C-levelsFive (5) years of experience in using SAP IBP, driving continuous improvement with SIOP through its core modules (S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management)Experience working in or supporting manufacturing environments, with a understanding of production planning, shop floor operations, and manufacturing KPIsStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholdersA track record of successfully driving change management and continuous improvement initiatives4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent disciplineDesired qualificationsExperience with AI/ML-based forecasting modelsFamiliarity with SAP Supply Chain Control TowerCertification in SAP IBP or related supply chain planning toolsUnderstanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with Signavio and greenfield implementation experienceA master's degree in a relevant fieldThis role is for a proactive problem-solver with a strong vision for how technology can transform business processes and drive strategic value.What We OfferCompensation :This is a salaried exempt role.

The base salary range for this position is $135,200 to $177,450 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
