- Primary Focus: SAP BRIM - Convergent Mediation (CM)
- Configure and support SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM)
- Hands-on experience with Mediation Zones, workflows, pipelines, routing, filtering, and event processing
- Develop Java-based mediation rules, validations, transformations, and data enrichment
- Aggregation
- Integrate SAP BRIM CM with external systems using:
- SFTP
- APIs
- EDI
- File-based interfaces
- Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across:
- SAP FI-CA
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and production support for mediation pipelines
- Strong experience with Java development/scripting
- Experience in high-volume transaction and billing data processing
- Knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA
- Strong understanding of event processing and usage mediation
- Experience with billing and Quote-to-Cash processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
