Sales Support Analyst Sunnyvale, CAWe are seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy Business Development Representative on a contract basis to support the growth and adoption of the Ion® platform in expanding access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales and business development within the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging healthcare providers, coordinating/facilitating clinical as well as market research studies and supporting our digital and CRM initiatives.Essential Job Duties:Coordinate research and study activities for multiple departments and team membersConduct cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage existing customers with networking and connectivity for our systemsCollaborate effectively within immediate cross-functional team (technical support, engineering, design, clinical).

Communicate proactively about progress, blockers, needsBuild trust through reliabilityCollaboration with local sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and communication with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospital IT department and physician championsMonitor and report on digital project performance and suggest improvementsRecruiting, coordinating and facilitating clinical and market research studiesOn-site execution support of clinical and market research studies in field or in Intuitive Sunnyvale and Atlanta facilitiesEnsuring appropriate legal and payment compliance through business systemsResponsibly manage administrative tasks, SFDC management, submission of expense reports, etc.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 2 years work experiencePreferred location at Sunnyvale headquarters; on site when requestedDemonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of changeEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in data management and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility and flexibility to travel to required in-field sites up to 60%Ability to cross-functionally interact with health care professionals and hospital facilities.
