What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across North America
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing
- Grow existing accounts while uncovering new revenue opportunities
- Recommend innovative packaging solutions that address customer needs
- Represent Innovation Packaging Group at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
- Proven success generating new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Experience selling packaging solutions is highly preferred
- Existing relationships within manufacturing, distribution, retail, logistics, food & beverage, or related industries is a major advantage
- Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada
