Nextation is recruiting independent sales representatives for its founding website sales cohort. This is a remote, commission-only contractor opportunity with staged onboarding. This posting is for applicants in the United States; English, Spanish and bilingual applicants are welcome.
Responsibilities: contact appropriate business owners, understand their website needs, present a relevant demo, follow up, and record sales activity accurately. You will sell websites for real estate professionals, starting with Miami Realtors. No coding is required.
Compensation: proposed commission of USD 500 for each eligible, paid and verified USD 1,000 website setup sale, under written seller terms. No base salary, hourly wage, guaranteed earnings, application fee, required purchase or payment for recruiting other people. Monthly website subscriptions do not create seller commissions under the current offer.
Skills: clear professional communication in English, Spanish or both; ability to conduct respectful sales conversations; reliable follow-up and basic use of online tools. Sales, real estate or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
Nextation prepares product, tools, prospect research, demos and website fulfillment. Applications are open now; activation is staged. Customer product: USD 1,000 website setup plus USD 99/month care starting at launch. This is a website sales role, not a real-estate agent position.
