One Personal Training is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant to turn people who've asked about personal training into new clients. One Personal Training is a global personal training brand with locations in USA, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
This role will be specifically for the three personal training locations in South Florida (Brickell, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables)
Follow up with leads who haven't decided by phone, text, and email Keep our CRM up to date and hit weekly call and enrollment targets With success comes the opportunity for a larger base and to manage a sales team
1+ years of phone sales, gym or fitness sales, or high-ticket closing
Or experience as a personal trainer who's great at selling packages and wants a full-time sales career
A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and availability Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm ET
Plus commission on every new client, uncapped, and a bonus when your clients renew
About $85,000 a year at target. 10 days of paid time off plus US federal holidays
