Sales Manager, North America – Warehouse Automation

Detroit Metro Area, Michigan – Hybrid

JBAndrews is partnered with an established international warehouse automation and intralogistics technology business that is expanding its presence across North America.

The Opportunity

With an existing US team, established customer references and a growing project pipeline, they are looking for a Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across the USA and Canada.

This is a hands-on sales position covering both individual automation technologies and larger integrated warehouse solutions.

The Responsibilities

• Developing new business with end users across North America
• Selling AS/RS, shuttle systems, conveyor, software and controls
• Managing opportunities typically valued at $3m–$10m
• Building relationships with systems integrators and strategic partners
• Developing projects from initial opportunity through to order
• Working closely with sales and engineering colleagues in the US and Europe
• Delivering against an annual sales target of approximately $10m–$15m

The Requirements

• 5+ years' experience within warehouse automation / intralogistics
• A background in sales, business development or sales engineering
• Experience selling automated material handling solutions
• A genuine hunter mentality and track record of developing new opportunities
• An energetic, hands-on approach suited to a growing North American operation
• Ability to travel across the USA and Canada as required
