Work your pipeline in Salesforce: log every call, email, and touch, and keep accounts and next steps current Use LinkedIn to research prospects, build connections, and warm up outreach Work alumni networks, community groups, and local business circles to generate introductions Hand off meetings cleanly so producers walk in prepared Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you do not know Organized enough to manage a pipeline and follow up without being reminded Rooted in Hawaii, with local connections and an understanding of how business gets done here corporate experience is not required and early-career candidates are welcome
Full-time, hybrid in Honolulu
$20 to $25 per hour plus incentives for meetings set and deals closed
