What You'll Do
As a Sales Account Executive, you'll work directly alongside our sales team, learning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to building client relationships and closing business. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.
- Learn and execute B2B sales and client acquisition strategies
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with decision-makers and manage accounts
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Represent Evolve Seattle professionally in the field
What We're Looking For
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any client-facing role
- Strong communicator who is comfortable talking to new people
- Self-motivated and open to feedback and coaching
- Goal-oriented with a competitive edge
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
