What You'll Do

• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs
• Provide skilled nursing care based on the client's individualized care plan
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team
• Educate clients and family members regarding care and treatments
• Support client comfort, safety, independence, and quality of life

Requirements

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependent, and professional

We will train the right nurse who is committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care.

This is a one-on-one nursing position where you care for one client at a time in a home setting not in a hospital or facility.
