Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 per year

Azure Shores Rehabilitation is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with the daily operations of the Nursing Department
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies
• Address staff concerns and grievances, escalating issues to the Director of Nursing as appropriate
• Promote a collaborative, team-focused work environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or hospital setting
• Prior Unit Manager or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and understanding of resident needs
• Computer literacy required, including Microsoft programs
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
