RN - Stepdown/Critical Care - ICU - Weekend Option

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU care, responsible for providing complex patient assessments and interventions in alignment with organizational policies and evidence-based practices.

Key duties include:

• Gathering comprehensive patient data from multiple sources to develop holistic care plans.
• Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses and care priorities.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to set and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care strategies.
• Ensuring a safe environment and maintaining current clinical knowledge.
• Communicating effectively and integrating best evidence into practice.
• Applying age-specific and clinical needs in critical care nursing.
• Performing other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state or a compact license.
• Relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC.
