We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU care, responsible for providing complex patient assessments and interventions in alignment with organizational policies and evidence-based practices.
Key duties include:
- Gathering comprehensive patient data from multiple sources to develop holistic care plans.
- Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses and care priorities.
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to set and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care strategies.
- Ensuring a safe environment and maintaining current clinical knowledge.
- Communicating effectively and integrating best evidence into practice.
- Applying age-specific and clinical needs in critical care nursing.
- Performing other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications include:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year RN experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state or a compact license.
- Relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC.
