- Active RN license (Tennessee or Multi-State)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC or ENPC required for ED applicants
- ALL certifications must be through AHA or ARC
- Ideal Candidate: can work 6 shifts per 6-week scheduling period; can work up to 2 weekends (1shift) per 6-week period (as needed) and can work 1 holiday per season (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter)
- WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- At Williamson Medical Center, Pediatric ER RNs triage and stabilize young patients in urgent situations, performing rapid assessments and emergency interventions alongside physicians. Both roles require pediatric skills, close family communication, and calm, precise care under varying levels of clinical urgency.
