The unit operates with a patient ratio of 3:1. Staff includes a charge RN, multiple RNs, techs, and a clinical coordinator.
Day shifts consist of one charge RN, 2-3 RNs, and 2 techs. Night shifts are similar. Candidates must be able to scrub and circulate across all service lines.
Rotating weekends may be required. On-call requirements are 4 weekly shifts, including 2 weeknight calls and 2 weekend 24-hour calls. There is also one holiday 24-hour call if applicable.
Best candidates for this role will be dedicated, reliable, proficient in charting, critical thinkers, passionate, and excellent multitaskers with a strong bedside manner.
