RN NVICU

As an RN in the NVICU at TriStar Health, you will provide expert, evidence-based care to critically ill patients requiring advanced neurologic and vascular monitoring. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans; manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, and invasive lines; and respond rapidly to clinical changes. Working within TriStar’s patient-first, safety-focused culture, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff, educate families, and participate in quality initiatives, ongoing training, and professional development to advance your critical care practice.
