Job Summary
Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing health conditions across various settings. Acts as a researcher, consultant, and advocate for individuals, families, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments and manages illnesses, with additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Develops care plans within scope of practice, following protocols to ensure quality care.
- Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Minimum education: Master’s or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.
- Minimum licensure: RN with current nurse practitioner certification and prescription privileges.
