In this role, you'll oversee the overall performance and delivery of our Memory Care program, ensuring it's as exceptional as the team that provides it.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain resident health records and ensure compliance with state and company standards
- Advocate for residents, developing creative, person-centered interventions
- Create staffing schedules, hire and manage Memory Care staff, and help them thrive
- Coordinate community resources to support residents' needs and enrich their lives
- On-call rotation
What You'll Bring:
- RN in good standing with NYS
- One year of progressive management experience required.
- A minimum of two years' relevant experience
- Experience in senior living setting preferred.
