RN – Med/Surg Sepsis Progressive Care Leader

Henry Ford Health in Jackson, MI, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical–Surgical / Progressive Care – Sepsis Unit. This role leads coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate outcomes.

You will communicate with patients and families, collaborate with the care team, and participate in solutions for variances from patient goals. BSN preferred; Michigan RN licensure required.
