Wellstar Health System is seeking a compassionate RN Med Surg to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care on our medical-surgical unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, administer medications, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families.
Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, documenting in the EMR, supporting safe transitions of care, and following all safety and infection control standards.
