RN LPN Unit Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our unit, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Manage and coordinate the activities of LPNs and other unit staff
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in skilled nursing facility operations

Requirements:
- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
